The main goal of the monograph is to present a system of knowledge for the construction of safe road infrastructure in a broader context, which includes activities for the application of modern technologies and efficient materials, also to present the construction of road infrastructure as one of the three factors for traffic safety "man-car-road", and to show what are the characteristics of the road, which from the point of view of modern road science and technical requirements ensure road safety in the conditions of the strongly developing in recent years car fleet and its greater capabilities in terms of power, speed and number of cars.
